We in the Home Economics Department are busy getting ready to welcome you all on Saturday 11th for our School Open Day.
Home Economics is a subject for both boys and girls. On the day, you will get to see the wonderful crafts designed and produced by our students.
Healthy eating is important for us all. We will have demonstrations and some samples of healthy smoothie drinks, crunchy granola pots and simple oaty flapjacks.
Of course, we will have a small selection of baked treats for our future students.
You will also all leave with a simple recipe book, so that you can get baking. Who knows, one of you could be the next TV chef!
